Terms & Conditions
This service is for warranty and charged repairs of small to medium-size power tools. This service is available to customers who reside in the USA (50 states and District of Columbia) only. All batteries, chargers and accessories must be removed before tool is shipped. We are not responsible for any accessories or other items included with tool. If you decline repair of your tool, you are still responsible for return shipping charges. Repaired tools not paid for within 30 days of first notification may be resold as an unclaimed repair.
General Guidelines for Online Repair Requests
(A) Prior to shipment:
Do NOT ship batteries, chargers, and accessories. These do NOT qualify for this service.
This service is only for warranty and charged repairs of certain tools (DEWALT, CRAFTSMAN, BLACK + DECKER, BOSTITCH, PORTER CABLE, and PROTO) that have a guaranteed not to exceed Guaranteed Repair Cost repair price.
Large tools including mowers, large compressors, table saws, miter saws, etc. are not eligible for this service
This service is only for customers who reside in the U.S.A (50 states & District of Columbia).
(B) For shipment, please follow the instructions below:
Print the email confirmation you received and include it in the box with your tool.
Pack your tool securely. We recommend that you use packing materials designed for shipping or mailing products.
Drop off your tool at any of UPS's 20,000 qualifying locations. To find the nearest location, click here.
Once your package is shipped with UPS, please allow 7-10 business days for your package to arrive and be processed.
